Currently looking for:

  • Must be residing in Dubai
  • Female Required
  • To perform day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties in an office environment.
  • Provide high-level clerical support to agents and management.
  • Performing various secretarial duties and skilled tasks that include preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data.
  • Know how to organize office files.
  • Helping employees and managing operations by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings and feedback.
  • Interact with a positive attitude in the environment, and keep a good atmosphere.
  • Punctual, flexible, time management.
  • Computer knowledgeable with experience in MS office, Outlook and Excel.
  • Know how to handle portals such as Bayut and Property Finder is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable about DLD Trakheesi permits.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
