A well-established organization in the UAE is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator (Female) with a strong background in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of office and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative duties and support overall office coordination.
Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records.
Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR functions such as attendance and leave management.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for interviews, document collection, and follow-ups.
Serve as the go-to person for staff queries related to HR and administrative matters.
Support
senior management
with day-to-day operational and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR exposure, preferably in the UAE.Female candidates only (as per company requirements).Strong
communication
and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a
fast-paced
setting.
Familiarity with UAE labor procedures is an advantage.
