Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Admin/Receptionist – Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain records, files, and manage daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for operational support.
Process invoices, petty cash, and assist in basic accounting tasks.
Ensure a well-organized reception area and maintain office supplies.
Support HR tasks such as document verification and employee coordination.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare Coffee and things for the guest comes for the meetings.
Requirements:
Must be on Own Visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Family Visa preferred).
Previous experience as an Admin, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
