We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist the sales and showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming landline calls and pass relevant details to the sales team
- Record and update all customer leads in the system
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Arrange basic hospitality for clients (coffee, water, etc.)
- Manage office supplies including ordering water, food, and basic necessities
- Maintain and organize product samples; label and arrange showroom displays
- Coordinate and track local deliveries and shipping schedules
- Support the team with small administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and attention to detail
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for someone responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented who can handle both administrative and customer-facing tasks in a professional manner.
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
