We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist the sales and showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming landline calls and pass relevant details to the sales team
  • Record and update all customer leads in the system
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Arrange basic hospitality for clients (coffee, water, etc.)
  • Manage office supplies including ordering water, food, and basic necessities
  • Maintain and organize product samples; label and arrange showroom displays
  • Coordinate and track local deliveries and shipping schedules
  • Support the team with small administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and attention to detail

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for someone responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented who can handle both administrative and customer-facing tasks in a professional manner.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
