We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveOffice Administration Managerto oversee office operations, support employees, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in office management, employee benefits administration, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations, including filing, reporting, presentations, and procurement of office supplies.
Manage real-time scheduling, appointment booking, and conflict resolution to optimize workflow.
Maintain and update staff calendars, reminders, and company records for accurate reference.
Handle employee benefits administration and collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding, immigration requirements, and work permits.
Process work permits and visas, particularly in theMainland and Meydan Freezone, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Provide help in managing renewals for company leases, trade licenses, medical insurance.
Organize office events, team activities, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Work efficiently ensuring timely completion of administrative projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in office administration, ideally in Dubai.
Strong understanding ofUAE labor laws, immigration processes, and Freezone/Mainland regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency inMS Office, online data management systems, and digital workflow tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
