Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, calls, and social media platforms.
- Conduct client meetings and provide professional investment advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors.
- Stay updated with the latest off‑plan launches, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in off‑plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑oriented environment.
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages will be an advantage.
