Off-Plan Specialist (UAE Experienced) Jobs in Dubai at Aqua Vista Real Estate LLC
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative/ executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our Software department in Dubai. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our software can address their challenges and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
· Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential and fit.
· Conduct thorough needs analysis and discovery calls to understand client requirements.
· Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
· Develop and present proposals and quotes.
· Negotiate and close sales contracts.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
· Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and their value proposition.
· Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.
· Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management.
· Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Experience: more than three years of software sales.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
