The ideal candidate will specialize in selling OFF-PLAN and newly launched properties, leveraging our comprehensive tools, resources, and support to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell properties in the primary market, including off-plan and new developments.
Depth knowledge with the OFF-PLAN Market
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competitive offerings.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers.
Handle client inquiries, provide advice on property selection, and guide them through the purchase process.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Atleast 2 years experience in real estate sales, preferably in the primary market, is a plus.
Candidates with prior DEVELOPER experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with marketing tools and portals.
A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred BUT NOT MANDATORY.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
