We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and results‑driven Off‑Plan Real Estate Sales Expert – Mandarin Speaker to represent new developments, guide investors, and close high‑value off‑plan transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote off‑plan projects from Abu Dhabi’s top developers to Mandarin‑speaking clients
- Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations, community briefings, and investment consultations in Mandarin and English
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international investors and motivated buyers
- Provide advisory on payment plans, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends
- Deliver high‑impact sales pitches tailored to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Mandarin‑speaking audiences
- Negotiate offers and close off‑plan deals with accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong product knowledge and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in off‑plan real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value investment advisory
- Strong understanding of developer launches, payment plans, and off‑plan market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage
