About the Role
Haus Ville Real Estate is looking for a driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Dubai. In this role, you will help clients identify the right off-plan investment opportunities, guide them through every stage of the purchasing process, and build a strong portfolio of satisfied clients while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from Dubai’s leading developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, social media, and company-provided marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable off-plan property opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, consultations, viewings, and developer meetings.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to successful transaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Negotiate offers and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales; experience in Dubai’s off-plan property market is preferred.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
