Role Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Off-Plan Closers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on off-plan real estate sales and investment advisory.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with developers and clients, and guiding investors toward high-potential property opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting exclusive off-plan projects, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering a consultative, client-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to local and international clients
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, outreach, and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and investors
- Advise clients on market trends, project details, and investment opportunities
- Manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and building relationships
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored investment advice
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, Chinese & Arabic are a strong advantage)
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage, but not required
