Role Overview
Flint International is looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP, Python development, customization, implementation, and business process analysis.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable understanding business requirements and working on the technical side of Odoo, including custom module development, integrations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Odoo development, implementation, and consulting.
- Strong experience in Odoo Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Odoo development.
- Proven experience delivering Odoo implementation and customization projects.
- Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates should be currently based in Riyadh.
- Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred.
