Odoo Presales consultant

As a Presales Consultant at Azkatech, you will act as the bridge between client business needs and our Odoo-based digital transformation solutions. Your role is to understand customer challenges, design tailored business solutions, and demonstrate the value of our services through presentations, demonstrations, and strategic proposal development.
You will work closely with sales, business analysts, and implementation teams to support business growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure successful project alignment from presales to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Consulting Activities
• Understand client business requirements, challenges, and operational workflows
• Conduct discovery meetings and workshops with prospective clients
• Design tailored Odoo solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
• Support the sales team during client meetings, negotiations, and solution discussions
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to validate proposed solutions
• Assist clients in understanding the business value and ROI of digital transformation initiatives
Proposal & Bid Management Activities
• Prepare high-quality commercial and technical proposals within required timelines
• Coordinate with sales, implementation, and management teams during proposal preparation
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across proposal documents and presentations
• Participate in bid qualification, strategy discussions, and opportunity assessments
• Facilitate internal meetings to define proposal strategies and client-focused solution approaches
• Support bid presentation preparation including presentation structure, demos, and rehearsals when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in proposal review and lessons learned sessions
• Ensure proper handover of won projects to the implementation and delivery teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in presales, ERP consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation
• Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, or Operations
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP solutions is a strong advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to analyze business needs and propose practical digital solutions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus
