Job Title:
Project Manager
Scope: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Odoo ERP system development to lead end-to-end project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, excellent leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery to stakeholders.
Lead project teams with effective resource allocation and technical decision-making.
Organize and facilitate Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings with ERP experts.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, action plans, resource usage, and status updates.
Identify potential risks in ERP implementation proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide leadership, direction, and ongoing performance feedback to cross-functional teams.
Ensure all project milestones and deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 10 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing ERP or Odoo system development projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Agile Scrum Master
SAFe Agilist 5
