Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and strategize our large format and fabric printing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This role requires expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and digital & offline marketing within the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue in large format and fabric printing.
Identify new business opportunities, key clients, and potential partnerships to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, event planners, and retail brands.
Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development to secure long-term deals.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
Marketing & Branding:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and event-based) to promote our printing services.
Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, brochures, and product catalogs.
Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, and content marketing efforts to improve online visibility.
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to attract new clients.
Leverage social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and B2B networking to enhance brand positioning.
Operational & Strategic Leadership:
Work closely with the production team to ensure quality control, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.
Lead and mentor a sales & marketing team, providing training and motivation to achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales & marketing within the printing industry, preferably in large format and fabric printing.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and sales reports to drive strategic decisions.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
