The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for shaping strategies that enhance employee engagement, drive cultural transformation, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role includes analyzing structures and processes, implementing OD initiatives, overseeing change management, and facilitating training and leadership development programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, using data‑driven insights to recommend improvements in organizational design, talent management, and employee performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, change management, and leadership frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with experience using HR/OD software.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage dynamic organizational change.
