Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance independence in daily living, work, and social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ functional, cognitive, and physical abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid SCFHS license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
