Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Marketing Executive to join our team at Solaris Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle front desk responsibilities while also managing marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and staff.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
Support marketing efforts, including social media content creation and event coordination.
Communicate with influencers, vloggers, and potential brand partners.
Attend medical and community events to promote the clinic’s services.
Capture minimal photography/video content for marketing purposes.
Requirements:
Female, Arab National
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Presentable, confident, and flexible in handling both reception and marketing tasks
Experience in healthcare or a similar field is a plus
Social media savvy with basic photography and video recording skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
