Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures across all facilities.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the implementation of safety programs and ensure adherence to approved safety procedures.
- Conduct safety awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and related documentation.
- Promote a positive safety culture among employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Report unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response planning.
Requirements:
- Saudi National.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Previous experience in healthcare, is preferred.
- Experience in JCI and CBAHI is preferred.
- Relevant occupational health and safety certifications are required, such as NEBOSH and OSHA.
- Classification by Ministry of HRSD
- Experience working in a multicultural work environment.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety best practices.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
