People Dynamics is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join a leading industrial organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBBS/MBChB from a recognized university
- Occupational Medicine/Industrial Health certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Occupational Health within Steel, Oil & Gas, Military, Heavy Industry, or similar sectors
- Expertise in fitness-to-work assessments, medical examinations, workplace health programs, and preventive healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations
- Provide occupational healthcare and fitness-for-work recommendations
- Lead workplace health promotion and wellness initiatives
- Support medical emergency preparedness and ensure compliance with HSE standards
