Full job description
We are looking for a trainer to work in our gym experience in personal training and sales. Experience of not less than 4 years in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout programs for clients.
Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
Actively promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Track and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing strategies for membership sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fitness training and personal coaching.
Strong sales background, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution.
Fluency in English
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
