This is an exciting and new role as specialty-based nursing managers within the Qatar Airways Medical Division. As lead specialty nurses, you will be responsible for the clinical, professional, and operational leadership for nurses within the team and area of responsibility.
We are currently recruiting for the service areas of Primary Care and Aeromedical Services, which are provided across a range of facilities based in Doha, Qatar. The medical division currently provides these services to Qatar Airways employees and has future plans to expand services and open new facilities with the aim of becoming the provider of choice for all Qatar Airways employees.
With this in mind, we are looking for an experienced nurse leader who not only can lead and manage their nursing teams but is also committed to ensuring patients receive compassionate care by meeting safety, quality, and professional standards highlighted in the nursing regulations and scope of practice of the State of Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess the enthusiasm and energy to develop new services for the future.
