We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with 1–3 years of proven UAE real estate experience. If you are target-driven, passionate about property sales, and ready to grow your career in the UAE market — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties
- Advise clients on pricing strategies and current market trends
- Conduct property viewings and professional presentations
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain accurate transaction and client records
- Stay updated on UAE property laws and regulations
- Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE
- Proven track record in property sales or leasing
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Valid UAE driving license
- RERA certification (preferred, especially if Dubai-based)
