Key Responsibilities
Research, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience interests.
Create compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and meets quality standards for grammar, punctuation, and style.
Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences, brands, and platforms while maintaining consistency and brand voice.
Stay updated with industry trends, news, and best practices to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
Assist in content distribution and promotion through social media channels and other relevant platforms.
Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Qualification / Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Strong writing skills with a passion for storytelling and creative expression.
1-2 years of experience in content writing, blogging, or journalism.
Excellent research skills and ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling content.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization techniques.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
