Position: Non-Life Sales Executive
We are hiring a Non-Life Sales Executive for our Qatar branch
Summary:
Responsible for identifying sales opportunities for AIC insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. The role involves calling and meeting clients and potential clients to grow the customer base, understanding their needs, and matching them with suitable insurance policies. Also responsible for handling policy renewals and tracking claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide accurate solutions.
Achieve the annual sales target across all lines of business (new and renewal business).
Ensure all business is fully onboarded with complete information and premium settlements.
Research and acquire potential leads from various sources and build a database of prospective clients.
Maintain records and handle policy renewals.
Complete sales activity reports and share with the unit head.
Monitor insurance claims to ensure fair settlement for all parties.
Perform collections according to the channel credit, control, and collection policies and procedures.
Coordinate with underwriters and claims teams when necessary.
Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including medical examinations and completing necessary forms.
Stay informed about industry trends and develop new marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year experience in sales or marketing, preferably in insurance and in the target market.
Good understanding of insurance plans.
