Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC / Infrastructure / Application Support roles
Hands-on experience with Windows Infrastructure:
Active Directory (AD)
DNS, DHCP
IIS (Web Server)
Strong knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting
Good understanding of:
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
Security devices (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security)
Experience in application support (ERP, web applications, batch jobs, APIs, etc.)
Ability to analyze application logs, database queries, and performance issues
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
