NOC Engineer – Construction Jobs in Dubai at KTC international Contracting LLC
We are seeking a skilled AI Agent to lead the end-to-end process of AI implementation. The role involves understanding business and technical requirements, developing scripts for AI-driven automation, and training AI models for optimal performance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AI technologies, natural language processing (NLP), and automation scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand AI-related needs.
Analyze processes and define AI-driven automation opportunities.
Document functional and technical requirements.
2. Script Development:
Develop scripts for AI workflows, chatbots, and automation tasks.
Create and optimize AI prompts and responses.
Test and refine scripts for accuracy and efficiency.
3. AI Training & Optimization:
Train AI models using relevant datasets.
Fine-tune AI performance based on real-world interactions.
Ensure AI aligns with business goals and user experience standards.
4. Testing & Deployment:
Conduct rigorous testing to improve AI accuracy.
Deploy AI solutions and monitor performance.
Continuously enhance AI models through data feedback loops.
5. Documentation & Support:
Maintain detailed documentation of AI scripts, workflows, and training procedures.
Provide support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI model training, scripting, and automation.
Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, Google AI, or similar platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
Experience with NLP models, machine learning frameworks, and AI automation tools.
Knowledge of chatbot development and conversational AI.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and requirement-gathering skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Exposure to AI ethics and compliance standards.
Understanding of cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI).
