Position: NOC Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
- Manage and maintain servers and Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS)
- Configure and support network devices and security tools
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and incidents
- Support IT teams in infrastructure improvements and upgrades
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC / Network / Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
