NOC Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Barrak Electrical Contracting Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authority Liaison: Manage all NOC, permit, and inspection processes with Abu Dhabi authorities, including ADM, DMT, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, and Civil Defense.
- Document & Drawing Review: Review layout drawings and method statements to ensure they comply with local authority requirements prior to submission.
- Tracking & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor the status of all applications, expected approval dates, and renewal timelines.
- Inspections & Closeout: Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC departments to prepare documents for municipality structural inspections and final Building Completion Certificate (BCC) closeout.
- Portal Management: Proficiently operate digital submission platforms such as the TASAREEH portal, ADDC/ADSSC portals, and related municipal systems.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 – 8 years of proven experience handling Abu Dhabi municipality, utility, and civil defense permitting processes.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s regulatory environment, blueprint reading, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Strong Arabic and English communication skills, with a track record of building relationships with government officials to prevent project delays.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
