Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and business-minded Nightclub Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations and drive revenue growth for our newly opened venue. The ideal candidate has deep experience in nightlife operations, staff supervision, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage nightly floor operations, including guest entry, VIP table service, and bar speed.
* Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, bouncers, and floor staff to ensure top-tier service.
* Implement upselling strategies for VIP tables and premium beverage packages to maximize nightly sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and control waste/spillage to maintain high profit margins.
* Handle customer complaints quickly and maintain a high-energy, safe environment.
* Coordinate with promoters and marketing teams to ensure high guest attendance.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume nightclub or premium bar.
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing labor/beverage costs.
* Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
* Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
