- SUMMARY
The supervisor is responsible for day to day on site installation activities, coordinating with technicians, sub-contractor, project manager, project/installation engineer and the main contractor, as well as on site quality and safety documentation.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
- Coordinate the work on site as per AIM and schedule the technicians and contractors
- Unload material and allocate inside the site in a place with enough security to avoid any damage or loss and arrange shifting as required
- Check the material as per the packing list
- Prepare the site as per the company installation drawings and installation procedures
- Ensure the progress of the site is in line with the estimated budget and approved program
- Control and maintain the tools and equipment on site
- Raise MR for local / additional material, sub-contractor labors well in advance
- Perform quality checks and ensure high level of quality of installation
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site construction supervisors, MEP contractors for associated works
- Identify and solve risks which could lead to idle manpower due to lack of worksite preparation
- Give technical support to the costumer on site
- Record and file plumb charts, ITPs, third party certificates, product certificates, site notes, progress cards and EN81 check reports
- Submit a weekly project progress report to the AIM
- Follow up on the filling of the time sheets by the technicians
- Follow the quality procedures of the company, ensure stage-wise installation checks and records
- Clearance of service and client snags while handing over of the project
- Fill and hand out the internal Installation Protocols
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience in field supervision (elevators background is a plus)

- Intermediate skills Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
