A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Junior Business Development Executive
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (optional)
- Relevant coursework in sales, marketing, or communication is an advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in a manpower supply or staffing company
- Experience in the KSA market is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of manpower supply, recruitment, and staffing services
- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
NOTE:
- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
