· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry leads.
· Develop relationships with customers, understand their needs and liaise with the sales team to improve the business revenue.
· Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and create marketing campaigns that support their efforts.
· Constantly analyze sales data, identify pain areas.
· Stay updated on automotive industry trends and developments.
· Utilize various means like phone calls, emails, WhatsApp etc. to find and connect with people who owe money.
· Discuss and establish feasible repayment plans with debtors, considering their financial situation and the amount owed.
· Secure timely payments through various channels like electronic transfers, checks, pos machines or cash.
· Continuously monitor and update the status of assigned accounts based on collection efforts.
· Engage with debtors professionally and courteously, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor even in challenging situations.
· Clearly explain the debt situation, legal implications, and available options for repayment.
· Understand the individual circumstances of debtors and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Prepare reports for supervisors and management summarizing performance metrics and collection progress.
