Responsibilities
Perform server administration tasks(ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, printservices); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitorresources to ensure that systems architecture components worktogether seamlessly
Monitor data-center healthusing existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues asthey arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers whenneeded
Maintain internal infrastructurerequirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers,routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates;support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and networksegments
Assist the help desk and other teamswith troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technicalsupport when needed
