Position: Network Communications Administrator – Vectrus (V2X)
Job Requirements
- Mandatory possession of an active, verifiable US Department of Defense (DoD) Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Strict requirement of compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II, specifically holding a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
- Minimum of four years of hands‑on technical experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise-level Cisco routing and switching hardware.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and actively monitor highly secure NIPR and SIPR network infrastructures across the military installation to ensure zero communication downtime.
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues, replacing degraded fiber optic lines and faulty switch components in extreme environmental conditions.
- Execute strict cybersecurity protocols, patching network vulnerabilities and instantly reporting any unauthorized access attempts to the regional command center.
