We are looking for a dedicated Neonatologist to
join our dynamic team
. In this vital role, you will provide specialized medical care to newborns, particularly those facing complex health challenges and requiring intensive medical attention. You will work within our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-
quality care
to our most vulnerable patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of newborns
Administering comprehensive care, including managing life-threatening conditions and administering life support measures
Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the most current clinical guidelines
Communicating effectively with families about their child’s condition, treatment options, and progress
Participating in research initiatives and quality improvement projects to advance neonatal care standards
Providing
education
and training to medical staff and residents
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completed residency program in Pediatrics and fellowship training in Neonatology Board certification in Neonatology Active medical license in the state of employment
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-level NICU setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills for effective family interactions
Ability to work collaboratively within a
