Job Description
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced Nanny / Early Learning Assistant to provide attentive daily care and support the early development of a young child.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, safety-conscious, and comfortable following an established routine while providing age-appropriate interaction and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and safe care for an infant throughout the day.
- Follow the child’s daily feeding, sleeping, and activity routine.
- Prepare and assist with bottles and meals as appropriate.
- Support bathing, changing, dressing, and general personal care.
- Organize age-appropriate sensory, play, and early-learning activities.
- Encourage early communication, movement, and cognitive development through play.
- Read books, sing songs, and engage the child in suitable developmental activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the child.
- Monitor the child’s wellbeing and communicate any concerns promptly.
- Assist with maintaining the child’s belongings, toys, and activity areas.
- Follow instructions and routines provided by the parents.
Requirements
- Previous experience caring for infants is required.
- Experience as a nanny, childcare assistant, nursery assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of infant care, feeding, sleep routines, and basic safety practices.
- Caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow routines and instructions carefully.
- Infant first-aid training or relevant childcare certification is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
