Elite Butlers is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a distinguished royal family with private residences across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly professional, nurturing, and discreet Nanny to provide exceptional care and developmental support within a private household environment.

This role is suited for an experienced childcare professional who combines warmth with structure, and is capable of maintaining the highest standards of care, etiquette, and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care to the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development at all times.
• Plan and engage in educational, creative, and recreational activities that support physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Establish and maintain daily routines, including feeding, sleeping, schooling, and extracurricular schedules.
• Assist with early childhood education, homework support, and developmental milestones.
• Coordinate with parents, tutors, and other household staff to ensure a well-rounded upbringing.
• Manage children’s wardrobes, hygiene, and personal organization to the highest standards.
• Travel with the family as required, ensuring continuity of care across residences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children.
• Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly, ensuring immediate and appropriate action when needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and respect the privacy and cultural values of the household.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5–10 years of experience as a Nanny, Governess, or Childcare Specialist in private households or reputed institutions.
• Relevant qualifications in childcare, early childhood education, or child psychology are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development, routines, and age-appropriate learning techniques.
• Warm, patient, and emotionally intelligent with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-presented, discreet, and adaptable to a high-expectation household environment.
• Experience working with UHNW families or in international settings is preferred.
• Flexible with working hours and travel across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and family values within the Gulf region is highly desirable.
