Job Title: Nail and Massage Therapist
Reports To: Salon/Spa Manager
To provide a professional and high-quality range of nail care and massage therapy services to clients. The role requires a versatile and skilled individual who is passionate about beauty and wellness, dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Nail Services
Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polishing.
Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as gel polish, acrylics, and extensions.
Create intricate and creative nail art designs as requested by clients.
Assess client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate nail treatments.
Massage Therapy Services
Perform a variety of therapeutic and relaxing massage treatments, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, full body, neck, back, and foot massages.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on, professional experience in both nail services and massage therapy in a salon or spa environment.
Skills: Expertise in advanced nail techniques (gel, acrylics, nail art) and a range of massage techniques.
Professionalism: A professional attitude, strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent personal presentation.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer care.
Experience with home service or mobile spa teams.
Multi-skilled and able to handle other beauty services (e.g., facials, waxing, lashes).
Additional languages (Tagalog) are a plus.
