Nail Technician and Eyelash extension Jobs in Dubai at Runway Glam Ladies Saloon
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, annual leave, and other entitlements in line with UAE labor law.
Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Monitor employee performance and assist with performance evaluations.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws, ensuring that all HR practices are in line with the UAE regulations.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and help cultivate a positive company culture.
Prepare HR-related reports for management and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
