Support the store team and manager to increase revenue streams and profit target.
Responsibilities:
Cashiering activities.
Schedule appointments with customers to show them product features or offer advice.
Follow up on customers who have interest in a particular product.
Prepare and process orders for beauty professional customers.
Take telephone calls from new customers and provide them with requested information.
Guide potential and existing customers to determine and fulfill their purchase needs.
Keep up with new product development and features.
Ensure that appropriate information is available about the product or service being endorsed.
Devise sales and marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling targeted goals.
Greet customers as they arrive at the store and provide information.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with cashier policies.
Ensurecustomer loyaltyby providing exceptional customer service.
Follow up on sales as part of an after-sales customer service program.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the store.
Carry out stock replenishment.
Attend regularmerchandisingand product training.

Pay:AED7,500.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
