A VIP SPA based in Riyadh and leading Spa services company, embarking on an exciting phase of growth and are seeking to elevate their client experience through the recruitment of highly skilled beauty professionals.
Job Summary:
The Nail Master is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for providing a comprehensive range of advanced nail care services to clients. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, a keen eye for detail, artistic creativity, and outstanding customer service. The Nail Master will stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the nail industry, maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Nail Services:
Perform a wide array of nail services, including, but not limited to:
Nail art (hand-painted designs, 3D art, glitter, chrome, rhinestones, etc.)
Nail repairs and removals
Paraffin treatments
Nail strengthening treatment
Client Consultation: Assess nail health and preferences; recommend services and products tailored to individual needs.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Product Knowledge: Educate clients on nail products and recommend home care regimens; contribute to retail sales goals.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on nail industry trends and enhance skills through workshops and training.
Customer Service: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience; build strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Master with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in nail techniques, including extensions and nail art.
Excellent artistic ability and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-pacedteam environment.
