Your Role
As our Office Planner & Quality Control Agent, you will:
Manage customer interactions to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
Schedule and oversee appointments, ensuring our booking system operates flawlessly.
Monitor on-location service quality, conducting weekly inspections to maintain high standards.
Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
Ensure team compliance with company policies and service expectations.
Requirements
– Strong organizational and planning skills.
– Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
– Experience in quality control or service management is a plus.
