We are seeking experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) professionals across multiple levels to support and manage enterprise network operations. These positions play a critical role in ensuring network availability, service continuity, incident management, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence within a 24x7x365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
NOC Lead
- Oversee 24x7x365 Network Operations Center activities and service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and develop NOC teams across all support levels.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, KPIs, and service management processes.
- Develop SOPs, escalation frameworks, operational procedures, and governance controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major incidents, executive escalations, audits, and operational reviews.
- Review incident trends, service performance metrics, and operational risks.
- Drive service improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Lead team performance management, coaching, training, and succession planning activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and internal business units.
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, operational reviews, and monthly service reports.
- Ensure alignment between NOC operations, business objectives, and customer expectations.
L3 Senior Network Specialist
- Lead technical resolution efforts for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents involving complex network environments.
- Perform deep root-cause investigations and develop permanent corrective actions.
- Design, review, and optimize enterprise network architectures for performance, security, scalability, and resiliency.
- Review routing topologies, switching configurations, firewall policies, VPN architectures, and interface performance.
- Provide expert-level support for complex network infrastructure issues.
- Evaluate and recommend network improvements, technology upgrades, and operational enhancements.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) strategy development, execution, and readiness testing.
- Collaborate with project teams on network transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Mentor L1 and L2 teams through technical coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and operational governance for network services.
L2 NOC Analyst
- Manage and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support teams.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network performance issues.
- Investigate device misconfigurations and recurring service disruptions.
- Analyze network events, logs, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams for configuration backups, firmware upgrades, maintenance activities, and planned outages.
- Validate incident resolution and ensure service restoration before closure.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and update technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Fine-tune monitoring thresholds and recommend monitoring improvements.
- Support problem management initiatives and recurring incident reduction programs.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to L1 analysts.
L1 NOC Analyst
- Monitor network events through dashboards, monitoring tools, and alerting systems.
- Acknowledge alerts and incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform first-level diagnostics for link failures, device unreachability, interface errors, and high-utilization alerts.
- Conduct basic connectivity checks and verify service availability.
- Log, categorize, track, and update incidents accurately within the ticketing system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), triage workflows, and incident management processes.
- Escalate incidents to L2 support teams based on impact, severity, and escalation guidelines.
- Maintain shift handover reports, operational logs, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and service restoration activities.
- Ensure all operational activities are documented according to established standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
NOC Lead
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- CCNP certification required.ITIL Foundation certification required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience within a NOC environment.
L3 Senior Network Specialist
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent expert-level certification required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting complex, high-availability network environments.
- Proven experience in network architecture, optimization, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
L2 NOC Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Network Administration, Operations, or Support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and enterprise networks.
L1 NOC Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco CCNA and/or CompTIA Network+ certification required.
- 2–3 years of experience in Network Monitoring or NOC environments.
- Understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and monitoring platforms.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
