Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist (Videographer & Photographer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, editing engaging visual content, and producing creative materials that enhance our brand across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, products, events, and social media.
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, reels, interviews, and other multimedia content.
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute content strategies.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding and quality standards.
- Organise and maintain photo and video files and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and social media trends.
- Travel to company branches or event locations when required.
- Perform other multimedia and creative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing software.
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography projects.
- Creative mindset with excellent composition, lighting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience creating content for retail, cafés, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and platform requirements.
