Note : This is an Agency Role.
We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer/Editor to join our agency team at MD3. The ideal candidate must be skilled in video shooting using mobile and DSLR cameras, fast-paced video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
This is an individual contributor role requiring creativity, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts and creative storytelling ideas for multimedia projects.
- Shoot high-quality video content using both mobile devices and DSLR cameras, ensuring lighting and shot composition meet project requirements.
- Perform fast and precise video editing, including cutting, sequencing, and assembling footage to produce polished final videos.
- Apply color grading techniques to enhance the visual aesthetic and mood of video content.
- Create complementary graphic designs to support video projects and integrate them cohesively.
- Write scripts and outlines to guide video shoots and ensure narrative clarity.
- Manage and organize raw footage and project files efficiently to maintain workflow consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project objectives and deliverables.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and company standards.
- Adapt quickly to changes and feedback while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and editing software advancements.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 02 years’ work experience in fast paced environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut and related design tools.
- Creative Eye & Attention to detail.
- Experience in DSLR Camera Handling & Mobile Short Form Video Shooting

- Salary Band : AED 3500 – AED 4500
