Multimedia & 3D Event Designer Jobs in Sharjah at Limitless Solutions Software Design L.L.C
We are looking for a talented and experienced Multimedia & 3D Event Designer to join our creative team. The role will focus on designing visual content for medical conferences, healthcare events, exhibitions, educational programs, pharmaceutical clients, marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills combined with hands-on experience in 3D event/exhibition visualization, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative materials for medical conferences, exhibitions, events, and corporate programs.
- Develop event branding, stage visuals, backdrops, banners, signage, brochures, flyers, invitations, certificates, presentations, and social media content.
- Create 3D exhibition stands, booths, stage setups, event environments, product displays, and event layouts using Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and visual concepts for client proposals and event production.
- Create motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, animated presentations, LED screen content, and social media videos.
- Edit videos and create visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Prepare artwork for print, digital platforms, large-format production, LED screens, and presentations.
- Follow company and client branding guidelines and ensure high-quality final output.
- Manage design revisions and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Training, and Management to understand project requirements.
- Maintain organized editable/source files and final artwork.
- Support the creative requirements of conferences, exhibitions, events, and client projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, 3D Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, 3D Designer, Event Designer, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling, visualization, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and 3D visualization.
- Strong understanding of event, exhibition, stage, and booth design.
- Good knowledge of print production, large-format artwork, LED screens, digital formats, and presentation design.
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating graphic design, 3D visualization, event/exhibition design, and motion graphics.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical events, exhibitions, conferences, or creative agencies is an advantage.
