We are hiring for Tele Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads independently through research, social media, and outreach campaigns.
Schedule appointments for product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM/ERP system (experience with ERP industry / Odoo is a plus).
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone demeanor.
Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM systems; ERP experience (e.g., updating records, managing workflows) is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
