Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technician to join our maintenance company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work across various trades. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable professional capable of performing multiple technical tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry works.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) issues in residential and commercial properties.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
Install, repair, and replace fixtures, wiring, and equipment as required.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency maintenance calls.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and report any major repairs or replacements needed.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and local compliance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Multi-Technician in a maintenance or facility management company in Dubai or the UAE.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Understanding of health and safety regulations related to maintenance work.
UAE experience preferred, with familiarity in handling maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
Immediate availability to join.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred ).

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
