Job Title: Assistant Nurse (Female)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality patient care and support to the nursing staff in a professional and efficient manner. As an Assistant Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring patient comfort, administering routine medical tasks, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing basic nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
Monitor patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration rate, etc.) and report any changes to the nursing team.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Provide personal care to patients including hygiene assistance, dressing, and feeding.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatments, medications, and progress.
Assist with wound care and other basic medical procedures as required.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the patient rooms and medical equipment.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff to ensure high standards of care.
Follow infection control and safety procedures as per hospital protocols.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Assist in administrative duties, including arranging patient appointments and managing patient records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,800.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
